Subject: Regarding the poor condition of roads in Shastri Nagar.

Sir/Madam,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to
draw the attention of the concerned authorities to the problem
of the poor condition of roads in our locality.

The roads in our area are full of potholes and have not been
repaired for a long time. It causes many accidents, especially
at night. During the rainy season, the situation becomes worse
as potholes get filled with water.

I hope the authorities will look into this matter and take
the necessary action to repair the roads immediately.

Subject: Regarding the nuisance caused by loudspeakers.

of the excessive use of loudspeakers in our locality.

Our board examinations are approaching, and we students are
trying to prepare. However, loudspeakers blare at high volume
throughout the day for various reasons. This creates a lot of
disturbance and makes it difficult for us to concentrate.

I hope the authorities will look into this matter and take
the necessary action to enforce the rules regarding the use
of loudspeakers, especially during examination times.

of water scarcity in our locality (Sector 4).

For the last three weeks, the water supply in our area has been
very irregular. Water is supplied only for 30 minutes in the
morning and at very low pressure. The quality of water is also
poor. This is causing great inconvenience to all the residents.

I hope the authorities will look into this matter and take
the necessary action to ensure a regular supply of clean
drinking water.

a public park in our locality, Gandhi Nagar.

Our locality has many children and elderly people who have no
place to walk or play. A park is essential for fresh air,
exercise, and recreation. There is a vacant plot of land
in our colony that can be easily developed into a park.

the necessary action to build a park for the residents.

Subject: Regarding the problem of reckless driving.

draw the attention of the traffic police to the problem of
reckless driving near our school.

Many bikers and car drivers drive at very high speeds on the
main road in front of our school, especially during morning
and afternoon hours. This poses a great risk to the safety
of the school children. Many minor accidents have already
occured.

I hope the authorities will look into this matter and take
the necessary action, such as deploying a traffic policeman
and installing speed breakers.
